  • What time is regular check-in / check-out?

    Your room is ready from 3 pm / Check-out time is 11 am

  • Can I arrive by car?

    Yes, but there is no garage directly connected to the hotel. For your arrival at the hotel, we can gladly offer you the back of the hotel at Burgstraße 4 to unload your luggage. The entrance to the public garage “Marktgallerie” is behind the Thomaskirche.

  • I'm traveling with my electric car - can I charge it at the hotel?

    The nearest charging station is at Ratsfreischulstraße 5, 04109 Leipzig, a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

  • How long is the reception staffed?

    The reception is open from 6.30 am to 10.00 pm.

  • Does the hotel offer room service?

    No, unfortunately not. But the team is happy to help you with good tips for delivery services and restaurants nearby.
