  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is at 3.00 pm and check-out at noon.

  • What are the parking options around the hotel?

    There are the following parking options around the hotel:

    • Q-Park Neumarkt/Frauenkirche, underground car park with approx. 600 parking spaces, address: Landhaustrasse 2, hotel parking spaces on floor -2 in the “orange area” - from which the guest can take the elevator directly to the reception, costs: €28/day , Parking ticket can be validated at reception
    • Contipark Semperoper, underground car park with approx. 400 parking spaces, address: Devrientstraße 1, approx. 7 minutes' walk through the old town to the hotel, guests can drive in front of the hotel and unload their luggage (as long as there is no event/market on the Neumarkt) - no Longer parking in front of the hotel, costs: €6.00/day
