The most important questions about your stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, you can make yourself comfortable in your room from 3.00 pm onwards. Checkout is at 12h00. Would you like to spend some more time at the hotel? Based on availability, early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee.
What are the parking options around the hotel?

Feel free to park in the public underground "Stadthaus" car park. You will have direct access to the hotel from here. The cost for 24h is EUR 15 and can be paid directly to the hotel.
I am coming with my electric car - can I charge it at the hotel?

Yes, of course you can! Electric charging stations are available in the public underground car park or in front of the adjacent towh hall. The reservation team will be happy to send you further information on e-charging providers.
When is the reception open?

The reception is staffed around the clock, 24 hours a day.
Does the hotel offer room service?

Room service is available from 7 am to 9 pm. The team can be reached on 628. EUR 5 is charged per room service.
