The most important questions about your stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, you can make yourself comfortable in the room from 3.00 pm onwards. Checkout is at 12h00. Would you like to spend some more time here? Based on availability, early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee.
What are the parking options around the hotel?

You are welcome to park your car in the underground car park for a fee of EUR 9 per day for the duration of your stay. | Unfortunately, there is no other parking available at the hotel other than 200 metres away in a public car park for which a fee is charged.
I am coming with my electric car - can I charge it at the hotel?

Unfortunately, there is no e-charging station directly at the hotel. But there is one in the street just around the corner. Wasserweg 15. Otherwise, you can make a stop in Schweich on a tour of the Moselle. There is also an e-station at Schlimmfuhren 10 so that the vehicle can be charged and guests can enjoy a tour along the Moselle.
Until when is there someone at reception?

The reception is staffed around the clock, 24 hours a day.
Does the hotel offer room service?

The hotel unfortunately does not offer room service. We are happy to welcome you at our hotel bar. This is open 24 hours.
