The most important questions about your stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, make yourself comfortable in your room from 3.00 pm onwards. Checkout is at 11.00 am. Would you like to spend some more time at the hotel? Based on availability, early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee.
What are the parking options around the hotel?

You are welcome to park your car in one of the parking spaces next to the building or opposite in the underground car park of Vienna House by Wyndham Sonne Rostock for a fee.
I'm coming with my electric vehicle – can I charge it at the hotel?

Unfortunately, there is no e-charging station directly at the hotel, but there is one just around the corner in Lange Straße.
When is the reception open?

The reception is staffed around the clock.
