The most important questions about your stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, you can make yourself comfortable in your room from 3.00 pm onwards. Checkout is at 12.00 noon. Would you like to spend some more time at the hotel? You can book an early check-in or a late check-out (subject to availability).
What are the parking options around the hotel?

You are welcome to park your car in our car park free of charge for the duration of your stay.
I'm coming with my electric car – can I charge it at the hotel?

Unfortunately, there is no e-charging station at the hotel itself. There is one just around the corner in Graf-Zeppelin-Straße, however.
Until when is there someone at reception?

The reception is staffed around the clock, 24 hours a day.
Does the hotel offer room service?

The hotel unfortunately does not offer room service. We will be happy to welcome you at the hotel bar or give you recommendations for the surrounding area.
