The most important questions about your stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, feel free to make yourself comfortable in your room from 3.00 pm onwards. Checkout is at noon. Would you like to stay a little longer? You can book an early check-in or a late check-out (subject to availability).
What are the parking options around the hotel?

You are welcome to park your car in the Old Town underground car park directly at the hotel for a fee for the duration of your stay.
I'm coming with my electric car – can I charge it at the hotel?

Indeed! There are 2 LEW electric charging stations in the public area of the underground car park.
Until when is there someone at reception?

The reception is staffed around the clock, 24 hours a day.
How far is it to the LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort?

The amusement park is located on the outskirts of Günzburg, about 5 to 10 minutes away by car. A LEGOLAND shuttle bus runs from the train station (10 min walk).
