The most important questions about your stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

On your day of arrival, you can make yourself comfortable in the room from 3 pm. Check-out is possible until noon. Would you like to spend some more time with us? Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, depending on availability.
What are the parking options around the hotel?

You are welcome to park your car in the underground car park for a fee (EUR 12 / night) for the duration of your stay. The entrance to the underground car park is 1.90 m high.
I'm coming with my electric car – can I charge it at the hotel?

Unfortunately, there is no e-charging station at the hotel itself. But there is just around the corner in the Wassergasse or in the Bamerger Straße.
Until when is there someone at reception?

Reception is open 24/7.
